Watery Corridor

I recognize myself as the lone fish, following an internal soul prompting through the watery, narrow, light-filled passage that lies deep within material existence.  I swim in a direction that feels aligned, albeit there are no other choices being revealed.  Attuning to the moon and intuitive guidance, her beams filter through dense layers; the passageway is more likely self-illuminated. Not yet in full color, I am in a state of becoming…a precursor to a new potential.  Like the first ‘motion pictures’, that introduced brilliant ways of mirroring our personal experience as both unique and universal, they began in black and white.  This powerful artform become even more refined when color was added. But black and white holds a kind of stark beauty and simplicity that adds a level of ‘archetypal presence’ that feels more real to me.
