Muladhara is located at the root of the body, near the tailbone. It aligns with the Earth element, and relates to our sense of safety as a physical being; survival of the body (food, shelter), financial stability, and our relationship with our family of origin (our tribe).

As you work with this sacred geometric form, you can reverberate the sound of LAM as you envision the image at the root of the tailbone & above the pelvic floor in your physical body.
